Conditions of Sale

 

1. Payment

Buildings remain the property of Titan Garden Buildings until payment is received in full.

2. Monies

All outstanding monies must be paid on or before delivery by credit/debit card, bank/building society cheque or cash. Personal cheques must be presented well before delivery, in time to clear.

3. Non Payment

Unless payment is received upon completion, we reserve the right to charge 3% interest over the bank base rate until payment in full is received.

4. Delivery Due Date

Buildings will be supplied on the due date agreed, whenever possible. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, i.e. traffic jams, breakdown or illness.

5. Postponement

If you postpone within 5 working days for reasons beyond your control we will recover all reasonable losses incurred.

6. Cancellation

Once you have placed your order and paid a deposit and you then cancel your order before it is delivered or installed (if you select this option) you must pay a total of 50% of the order value as a cancellation fee including your original deposit e.g. you will need to pay a cancellation fee of 40% of the order value if you pay a 10% order deposit.

7. Check your order

Please check your order form is completed correctly and sign it. If you are in any doubt, please contact us and we will do what we can to help. The customer is responsible for any errors written on the order form.

8. Access to premises

Access must be sufficient for us to carry panels from our vehicle to your site – if in doubt please ask. We are unable to lift panels over fences, hedges or buildings. When placing your order you must tell us of any restrictions i.e. height, ‘through the house’ (which should be a straight run), sharp bends or steps. For difficult access it may be possible to make ‘split panels’ for which a charge of £25 per panel will apply.

9. Difficult access

If your site is more than 46m (150ft) from, or more than 3m (10ft) above or below the unloading point, you must provide assistance unless we have been notified in advance.

10. Parking
If the installer cannot park (i.e. due to restrictions or congestion), a suitable solution must be provided. Any additional costs incurred are the liability of the customer. If you reside within the London congestion zone you are liable for this cost.

11. Delivery Drops

‘Delivery Only’ orders will be to the front of your premises only. Timed delivery drops will be charged at double the delivery price.

12. Your shed base

Your base must be hard, level and large enough to accommodate your building. Please ask for our advice, or print the advice sheets on the website (www.titangardenbuildings.com).

13. Space around the shed

We need at least 1ft clearance all-round the building to erect it, and for the roof overhang. There must be no trees or bushes restricting access or erection.

14. Recall charges

If your base is not satisfactory, we cannot access the site or if there are no suitable parking provisions we will recover reasonable losses incurred due to the aborted delivery. Alternatively we can leave the building for you on a delivery only basis.

15. Loss of guarantee

If you insist on the shed being erected against our advice, then we will only do this on your written instruction. We are unable to provide a guarantee under these circumstances and you shall accept full responsibility for any defects which may arise.

16. Without floor fitting

Any buildings without floors should be secured to your base. Titan Garden Buildings can do this by prior arrangement, for which there may be a charge of 20% of the building cost.

17. Wood movement

All timber is checked for quality before delivery, but as wood is a natural product we cannot accept responsibility for timber shrinkage, cracking or warping after the building has been erected. Movement tends to happen within the first six months of the shed’s life.

18. Your help

Every effort is made by Titan Garden Buildings to ensure that everything runs smoothly from the placing of your order until your shed is delivered and erected to your satisfaction. 19. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for the health and safety of operatives at their residence e.g. unsafe access; faulty manhole covers; animals that cause harm; faulty water, electric or gas pipes; debris. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there are no obstructions or valuable possessions hindering access to the site.

20. Prices

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

21. Our Products

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products in our brochure and our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours or the printed pictures in our brochure or on our website accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website and in our brochure, are subject to reasonable levels of tolerance.

22. Order changes
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. We generally do not accept changes later than 28 days prior to an agreed delivery date.

23. Refunds

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on any of our products that have been personalised & manufactured to your specific order.

25. Black Friday Month and Weekend Promotions 2025

General Promotion Terms

  1. Promoter

    • The promoter is Titan Garden Buildings (“Titan”).

  2. Promotional Periods

    • Shed Offer: 35% off selected sheds with free delivery valid from 1st November to 1st December (inclusive).

    • Cabin Offer: £500 off selected cabins valid from 28th November to 1st December (inclusive) (“Black Friday Weekend”).

  3. Eligible Products

    • Offers apply only to selected models and ranges as specified by Titan at the time of quotation.

    • Exclusions may include: clearance items, ex-display buildings, bespoke designs outside the promoted ranges, accessories, bases, electrics, and other add-ons.

  4. New Orders Only

    • Promotions apply to new quotations and orders placed within the relevant promotional periods.

    • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders or quotations issued before the promotional periods.

  5. Availability & Changes

    • All offers are subject to availability and Titan reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotions at any time without prior notice.

    • Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE)

 

35% Off Selected Sheds + Free Delivery (1st Nov – 1st Dec)

  1. Discount Application

    • The 35% discount is applied to the building price of selected sheds only and excludes optional extras (e.g. shelving, double doors, windows, bases, electrics, paint systems, etc.) unless explicitly stated.

  2. Free Delivery

    • Free delivery covers standard delivery only to eligible postcodes as defined by Titan.

    • Surcharges may apply for difficult-access locations, non-standard delivery routes, or areas outside Titan’s usual delivery radius.

  3. Order & Payment

    • To qualify, a valid order must be placed and Titan’s standard deposit paid on or before 1st December.

    • Remaining balance must be settled in line with Titan’s normal payment terms.

  4. Non-Transferable

    • The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher.


£500 Off Selected Cabins – Black Friday Weekend (28th Nov – 1st Dec)

  1. Pre-Orders

    • Customers may discuss and plan their cabin purchase before Black Friday Weekend.

    • However, to qualify for the £500 discount, the order must be confirmed and the deposit paid between 28th November and 1st December (inclusive).

  2. Discount Application

    • The £500 discount is applied to the building price of the selected cabin only and excludes bases, installation, electrics, furnishings, and other optional extras unless stated otherwise in writing.

  3. Order Confirmation

    • An order is considered confirmed when Titan has issued an order acknowledgment and cleared funds for the deposit have been received within the promotional window.

  4. Lead Times

    • Standard lead times apply and may vary depending on product, specification and seasonal demand.

    • The promotion does not guarantee installation or delivery dates.

  5. Non-Transferable & Not Combinable

    • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or previous quotation.

    • No cash alternative is available.

Cancellations & Amendments

  1. Cancellations

    • Cancellations are subject to Titan’s standard terms and conditions of sale, which may include forfeiture of deposit and/or charges for work already undertaken.

  2. Specification Changes

    • Significant changes to building specification after the promotional period may result in the loss of the promotional discount and a revised quotation.
